Company Profile: Proxy Tester to Submit a Report

Step 1 — Log In to Your Company Profile

Step 2 — Open Testers

Click Testers on the side menu

Step 3 — Select Tester

Find and select the tester you want to proxy

Step 4 — Open Purveyors

Click Purveyors

Step 5 — Select Purveyor

Choose the purveyor where the report will be submitted

Step 6 — Search for Device

Search by Customer Name, Address, or Device Serial Number
Select the correct device

Step 7— Add GPS and Photos (If Required)

Capture GPS location and upload photos if the purveyor requires them

Step 8 — Create Test Report

Click Create Test Report

Step 9 — Complete the Report

Enter test results

Step 10 — Sign

Add Signature and check the confirmation box

Step 11 — Submit Report

Click Submit
